It offers four equal-sized, air-conditioned master bedroom suites in two pavilions on either side of the Great Room pavilion, with all three pavilions opening to the garden courtyard and pool, hot tub, and built-in grill area overlooking sailboats moored just below in Chocolate Hole. A short flight of stairs lead down past the exercise room and to the regulation-size-tennis and basketball court below. |

trees, is the two-story, fully air-conditioned Guest House, which
offers two more bedroom/bath suites and its own jacuzzi swimming
pool. Two excellent snorkeling beaches are within walking distance
of the villa, and it's only 2 miles to Cruz Bay, then a bit further
to St. John's famous National Park Beaches beyond town, all on paved
