artwork, adjoins the Great Room, and an interior staircase leads to
Sea Dream's lower level and two twin bedrooms which share a bath;
these rooms open to two more decks, the pool and patio area, and
more expansive ocean vistas. |

the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St.
Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including
Anegada, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on the island
of Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during
the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights,
depending on the villa, during the Christmas/New Year's season
(December 19 - January 9). |
