| This luxury waterfront villa is a proud new addition to our A-list of deluxe vacation homes! Situated just 24 feet from the sand crushed coral and crushed coral shoreline and looking out to Great Bay and The Ritz-Carlton beyond, this magnificent, completely walled residence with full air-conditioning is built on two levels and is accessed via an electronic gate. The upper level contains the generous Great Room shared with open dining and kitchen areas; a media center offers the latest in big-screen TV and DVD entertainment, and exotic seagrass, banana leaf and teak furniture in Indonesian style is geared to our part of the world by vibrant Caribbean colors and accented by local island artwork. |
| The contemporary and fully-equipped kitchen is graced by Viking
appliances and fashionable granite countertops. Flanking the Great
Room on the left is the spacious king master bedroom/bath suites,
which runs the depth of the villa; to the right are two more king
bedrooms with baths en suite. Screened 12-foot pocket doors open to
the villa's seaside, which is bordered by sun decks and the infinity
pool. On each end of the pool are shady, covered pavilions for
reading, relaxing and napping, furnished with cushioned teak patio
pieces. An interior staircase descends to Sea Star's lower level and
to two more equal air-conditioned king bedrooms, both with baths en
suite, sitting rooms, (one with a completely-outfitted office area),
and covered verandahs across the ocean side for easy hours of
secluded relaxation. Sea Star features the best of luxury villa life
- vibrant colors, fabrics, artwork, custom wrought iron, and
professionally-landscaped exterior with a wonderful floorplan
