Featuring four bedrooms and three baths, central air-conditioning, a beachside gazebo for relaxation and cookouts, and its own dock, Setting Point Villa is conveniently located just a mile's drive to the Anegada Reef Hotel (or if you prefer, a 15-minute pleasant stroll along the beach).

At the Hotel you may enjoy casual but excellent dining, the bar, gift shop, rent snorkel gear and kayaks, use the copier and fax, and meet up with locals and other BVI travelers. This deluxe, fully-screened villa is beautifully furnished in island bamboo with artful accessories and decor, and offers a large Great Room with lots of comfortable seating and a screened porch for dining or shady repose; all four bedrooms, each with its own patio, line the hallway and are all under one roof. Set on 2.1 acres, Setting Point and its gardens are surrounded by a gated and fully-fenced yard - and just across the lawn and circular drive is the Gatehouse, a separate air-conditioned one-bedroom cottage completely equipped with its own kitchen, gas grill, living room, king bedroom and alfresco shower. (You may rent the Gatehouse* along with Setting Point Villa, IF AVAILABLE, for a fifth bedroom). This lovely oasis of sophistication and style provides restful and breeze-swept seclusion where you can enjoy colorful sunsets and a cold cocktail after sun-dazzled days on Anegada's incredible beaches.

From time to time, the Gatehouse is rented separately when guests are in residence at Setting Point
but Gatehouse guests will not use the gazebo (which is reserved for Setting Point guests only).
